Thanks Ryan and the team for fixing what Toyota failed to fix. You guys flourished where they failed. Thanks for locating the problem and allowing the scion to drive normal once again
The service was in a reasonable time. Price was reasonable. Employees were skilled and professional. Waiting area was comfortable. Ryan was kind, knowledgeable, and very helpful. I’ll definitely come back here and recommend CSAI for anyone.
I took my vehicle in to CSAI for routine maintenance and believe me I was long overdue for an oil change and I knew it. Of course, they sent my usual reminder but I kept putting it off. They went through my vehicle inspecting, checking, and topping off all of my fluids. Turn's out because of COVID and me not driving as much, I have another 1500 miles before I need an oil change. Let me be clear. They could have charged me for an unnecessary oil change. I would never have known. My service charge for this visit was $00.00. This was not the first time something like this has happened. This is why I am a loyal customer. In addition, I know what services I will be needing soon and have a cost estimate so it give's me enough time to save up. You cannot buy honesty, integrity, professionalism, kindness, thoroughness, and character. I trust the owners, Patricia and Johnathan. The environment is clean and comfortable, and the staff always does an excellent job. I love this place. How often have you heard a woman say that about an auto shop?
I took my truck to these guys after getting a quote from another shop to get it to pass Smog. The first shop wanted $3200 to replace four major components. CSAI did a more comprehensive diagnosis and was able to get my truck to pass by replacing just one component for $1100. The office clerk was very friendly and happy to answer lots of questions. They were also realistic about time frames. I won't be going back to Top Dawg.
CSAI is a leading SMOG Inspection Station and state of the art repair facility. CSAI is an authorized Southern California AAA Club repair shop if I am not mistaken. Most of the Automotive Technicians are ASE Certified Master Automotive Technicians. CSAI Technicians are not "Shade Tree Mechanics." I estimate that CSAI probably has Technicians with 75 years of accumulative combined experience. I know this may sound like a paid endorsement, however, allow me to clarify. Fifteen years ago, before I retired I was a mechanic and I met the proprietor who was giving a seminar on a state of the art Snap-On automotive digital automotive diagnostic tool This gentleman had written one of several texts on the diagnostic tool. Now, this is the guy who owns the shop along with his better half, his wife. So, not only is the owner of the shop a gearhead but he is also a nerd. Last but not least is the fact that you will not be dealing with a random shop, representative of some impersonal national corporate organization. Believe it or not, CSAI is your proverbial "Mom and Dad" shop. So, if you're looking for an automotive repair shop to take your vehicles to, I recommend CSAI for all of your automotive repair, service and SMOG.
